PERSPECTIVES
With the acquisition of Mediaplazza in 2004 and Mediafusion at the beginning of 2005, Jet Multimedia becomes the European leader for interactive online services and improves its positioning on the mass market and mobile services. On the basis of this new perimeter integrating the activity of Médiafusion, the group represented in 2004 approximately Euro 200 million sales. Established in France, Spain, Italy, Canada and Morocco, the group sells mobile contents in nearly 50 countries out of the 5 continents. In 2005, non-French operations should represent approximately one half of the sales.
In addition, Jet Multimedia, which has an important treasury after the acquisition of Mediafusion, has the means of financing its internal growth and of carrying out new operations of external growth.
