The
Jet Multimedia group acquires
100% of the capital of the M-Joy
company. It quickly took a lead
in the Argentinean market of
mobile multimedia services and
developed its activity over
ten countries in Latin America.
This operation will create the
base of expansion of Jet Multimedia
group on Latin America, an emerging
market with important growth
potential.
M-Joy is a creator and provider
of contents and services for
the mobile telephony whose activity
really started in 2004, This
young company should achieve
in 2005 approximately E 1.7
Mln revenues for an operating
income from E 0.6 Mln to E 0.7
Mln, with today about fifteen
people based in Buenos Aires.
M-Joy offers a broad catalogue
of contents and services for
mobiles (logos, melodies, photographs,
games
) rich of rights
and licences leaders on the
Latin America, in particular
in the themes of Sports and
Entertainment
M-Joy has developed its activity
with mobile telephony operators
in Argentina (Movistar, Personal,
CTI Móvil) like in Chile,
in Paraguay, in Peru, in Guatemala,
in Venezuela, in Colombia, in
Bolivia, in Ecuador and Uruguay.
The company counts among its
customers Yahoo!, Discovery
Networks, Mobile Streams, UBBI,
Digital Orchid, Net-People,
Telemedia
This operation, which sets
for M-Joy a value of E 2,7 Mln,
is made in cash for E 1.8 Mln
approximately and in Jet Multimedia
shares for E 0.9 Mln approximately,
corresponding to the issue of
approximately 49,000 new shares.
To that could be added an earn-out
price within the limit of E
6.5 Mln, taking into account
an ambitious development plan
over 2006 and 2007.
Jet Multimedia continues its
worldwide deployment strategy,
with a strong position in Europe
(France, Spain, Italy) and a
significant presence in North
Africa (Morocco, Tunisia) as
well as on the American continent
(Canada, Argentina).
