( Evolution of the activity )
B to B Activity increased by 32% to reach E 51.6 million. It develops on a well-oriented market, in particular thanks to a constant demand of companies for advanced telephony services for client relationship management. It also profits from a strong development in Spain, with the transfer of know-how and the marketing of the offers which were successful on the French market.
B to B to C Activity achieved E 77.8 million, a 6% growth. Although operating on an extremely competing sector, in particular in the services for mobile phones, Jet Multimedia succeeds in increasing its market share by controlled and effective investments. In addition, this activity provides an additional visibility to Jet Multimedia, especially towards mobile telephony operators who come to the B to B activity of the group for their projects of setting up and outsourcing portals and platforms for interactive services.
The proforma revenue (integrating the activity of M-Joy acquired in December 2005 and Avantis acquired in May 2006) represents E 133.4 million posting an organic growth of more than 15%.
International activity accounts for 37% of the half-year consolidated revenue against 35% in 2005.
( Perspectives )
Jet Multimedia generated during the first half of 2006 an activity cash flow of about E14 million. The group thus financed its current operating investments, its external development (about E 20 million for Avantis acquisition and Mediafusion earn-out) and paid a dividend to its shareholders. Jet Multimedia has a net cash of about E 10 million by the end of June 2006.
Jet Multimedia deploys in France its strategy to conquest market shares, in particular in the field of services for mobile phones and, in addition, continues actively its international development, as its last operations of external growth illustrate it.
