The growth of Jet Multimédia
comes from the progression of
its two divisions :
- The Multimedia Hosting
& Delivery Platform division
rose 19% to Euro 124.3 million
and makes 86% of the group
sales. One notes a growth
of the Internet E-business
hosting and electronic payment
services to Euro 37.9 million,
an explosion of Mobile services
activity which rises to Euro
11.2 million, an evolution
of the products-mix of the
Interactive telephony services
business, whose sales reached
E 60,1 million, and a decrease
of the Minitel activity to
Euro 7.9 million. This divison
accounts for Euro 4.4 million
to the group current profit.
- The Advertising & Communication
division achieved a 27% growth
to Euro 19.9 million, making
14% 86% of the group sales,
and contributing to Euro 2.6
million to the group current
profit.
PERSPECTIVES
With the acquisition of Mediaplazza
in 2004 and Mediafusion at the
beginning of 2005, Jet Multimedia
becomes the European leader
for interactive online services
and improves its positioning
on the mass market and mobile
services.
On the basis of this new perimeter
integrating the activity of
Médiafusion, the group
represented in 2004 approximately
Euro 200 million sales. Established
in France, Spain, Italy, Canada
and Morocco, the group sells
mobile contents in nearly 50
countries out of the 5 continents.
In 2005, non-French operations
should represent approximately
one half of the sales.
In addition, Jet Multimedia,
which has an important treasury
after the acquisition of Mediafusion,
has the means of financing its
internal growth and of carrying
out new operations of external
growth.
